Chiropractic

Chiropractors focus on your spine, and nervous system and treat a variety of body parts and conditions. For optimal health and quality of life, a chiropractor should be part of every Canadian’s healthcare team.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is an ancient, safe and effective alternative therapy. Acupuncture stimulates the release of endorphins – the body’s natural pain-relieving neurohormones – through the insertion of needles into specific anatomical points (acupuncture points) to encourage natural healing.

Massage Therapy

The practice of massage therapy is the assessment of the musculoskeletal system to prevent physical dysfunction, injury and pain by manual techniques on soft tissues.

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy is anchored in movement sciences and aims to enhance or restore function of multiple body systems. The profession is committed to health, lifestyle and quality of life.
